So, I was driving into SerPro Florence-Highland when i spotted an unmarked LEO vehicle. I drove near him, then i went and refueled my vehicle. When i was driving off, my vehicle dissapeared. I then told an FCPD officer that my vehicle dissapeared. The officer then said "lol". After the "conversation" with the FCPD officer, the trooper in the unmarked LEO Dodge Charger then approached me and told me my car was towed. In no scenario did he approach me, or pull me over, before towing my car. Then i explained to him that he Failed to RP the towing of my vehicle.
