I was pulled over by an SBI agent by the Target and once I pulled over and followed his instructions he asked for identification and of course I provided it so he goes back to his car and says hes going to check it once he comes back he issues me a ticket and grabs me for essentially nothing as I know I didn't break any rules and im pretty sure he doesnt have any proof of me breaking any rules.. I know the reset just happened and people are eager for XP but randomly citing me just so he has the joy of getting a rank up on SBI is so unfair not only did he abuse his power but he broke the Official Memorandum for SBI I beg that hes punished
