EVERYTHING got wiped

When I was playing yesterday, verything was fine, had all of my XP. Now I log in today, tutorial pops up "huh thats weird". I left and rejoined. The tutorial popped up again, so I decided to sit through it, until my character creation popped up, thats when i knew that all my **** was gone. Can someone helkp me fix this?

    yeah so it was originally scheduled for december 5th but the stuff was insanely bad with abuse so they did it earlier
