1st Clip from original report: During that time me and my friends were robbing the Florence Bank, we were trying to survive and thus a rolling gunfight ensued. The clip of me shooting the reporter was in response of his visual appearance in the heist, a bank surrounded by PD and a Trooper looking individual was walking towards so I assumed He was LEO and thus I opened fire assumedly killing him.
2nd clip from original report: At the time of me running him over I had assumed he survived my shooting and was walking away, fearing that he would either radio it in or retaliate I attempted to kill him with a car, he then stated he "clipped" the event. Following this he jumped on my car and said I "rdm'd" him earlier (which in my view was not RDM as I was trying to secure the bank robbery to insure my as well as my friends smooth getaway). Upon seeing this statement I hopped out and jokingly stated "ok?" "rdm isint a thing" as in that the shooting was justified because it was actively connected to the bank robbery, I genuinely thought he was joking. To prevent further retaliation via radioing in description or an attack I preemptively ended his life to make sure more trouble would not find me or my associates.

He was a bystander shot to prevent further collateral as I believe he is either law enforcement or a vigilante starting to stop us.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
In retrospect when seeing his side of the story I can understand why he is frustrated, however I firmly believe his portrayal is leaving out my side of the story. I understand now after seeing his side of the story he believes I killed him for no reason but I firmly believed that in the moment he was an active threat in a tense moment of a rolling gunfight where no chances could be taken, and after at the very least a witness that could help identify or retaliate against me or my criminal circle. I will keep this in mind when engaging in my criminal empire with my friends and will be more mindful of collateral damage. I am a consistent and regular player of Project Ventura that actively engages in proper roleplay, I can see where I messed up and I will make sure to learn from this. Thank you for your time and consideration in my Ban Appeal.
