Give us an Incident Description: RDM'd me twice. First incident I was walking up to a scene, about 100 feet from the scene and with no prior contact he killed me. Second incident he hit me with his car, intentionally as he went into oncoming traffic with the explicit intention of hitting me, then he RDM'd me once I told him I'd clipped everything. He is also wearing a LEO uniform as a civ via UGC, which I figured would constitute NITRP, given all factors combined.
What rules / offences did the player break: 2x RDM, 1x VDM, NITRP
How long do you think the player be punished for: A few day ban. I feel a warning is not justified due to the explicit intent and knowledge of game uniforms. He obviously knows what he's doing, which does not discourage him whatsoever.
