What does County Board member do/what will the position do later?

The top ranking people could lead the county but what would they decide? Maybe there should be a rank above VBI Director that is County Executive which would be like the county mayor. Maybe they could vote on some basic laws to enforce or be a in game officer discipline board. Maybe we should make them judges for cases before people spend 10 mins in MCJ? Could do some cool stuff with it.
