Hello, I had two problems with this person. First, she started shooting at the station for no reason. She told me she was going to report me for grabbing her, and yes, I did grab her, but it was to take her to jail for negligent discharge of a firearm. However, I think she never actually filed the report and simply went back to patrolling. Later, after some time, my partner and I returned to the station. I saw her out of her uniform and was going to tell her to put it on since I was the superior at that moment, but she started running. My partner pulled out the taser as a precaution because she had been aggressive before. Then she moved away, drew her firearm, and started shooting. When she fell injured to the ground, we stabilized her, but she left the game. i don't know she username

The incidents occurred in two distinct phases involving the same offender:

• Context Leading Up to the Incident (Phase 1): The initial incident began when the offender displayed highly reckless behavior by performing an unjustified discharge of a firearm inside the Police Station, which is designated as a safe or restricted zone.

• Offender's Specific Actions (Phase 1): In my capacity as a superior officer, I applied the necessary force by using a physical restraint (“grabbing”) for the purpose of transporting the individual to jail, as they had discharged a firearm inside the station without any justification. During the detention, the offender threatened to report me to moderation for “grabbing” them, even though the action was part of the proper procedure for arresting them for the negligent discharge. Despite this, the offender never submitted such a report and simply left the area to resume patrolling as if nothing had happened.

• Context Leading Up to the Incident (Phase 2): Later, my patrol partner and I returned to the station. I observed the same individual present out of uniform, which likely violates a standard operating procedure for personnel within the station. I was preparing to issue a lawful, verbal command for them to correct their attire, asserting my temporary command authority.

• Offender's Specific Actions (Phase 2 - Escalation): Before I could issue the order, the individual immediately began to flee, actively evading my authority. Given their prior aggressive conduct, my partner deployed a Taser as a precautionary measure to enforce the stop. In response, the individual created distance, drew a firearm, and initiated fire directly upon my partner and myself. This constitutes an act of Aggravated Assault against Law Enforcement.

• Aftermath and Evasion: After being wounded and incapacitated, we proceeded to administer aid to stabilize the individual.
