I was performing an arrest on a civilian that was an accomplice to evading police as his associate had a warrant out for his arrest this was on 11/18/25 he was assuming that I was unrightfully arresting him and threatened call moderators over I told him him to shut it and he immediately started becoming defensive and used !help to tell mods I was abusing power as all I said was "shut up" or "shut it" repeatedly and had a legit reason for arresting him

I believe I should be unbanned because I only started playing the game on 11/17 and I don't deserve to be banned within one day of playing as I didn't fully understand the TOS and deserve a second chance to improve myself and read the rules closer
