What Happened?
Around 7:30 PM CST, on 11/19/2025. SBI was called to Sheriffs Station for a Deputy and Officer Incident. I took everyone separately to get everyone's sides, these including a firefighter, deputy, sheriff, and police officer. After I was done question, I wrote them both tickets for disorderly conduct. When I wrote my ticket I detailed exactly what happened. I both charged them with disorderly conduct then gave them there citations. I then got in my patrol car and left.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I feel like this ban if wrongful in many different ways and feel like it could've been handled differently. When I wrote the report I only wrote citations, I went into the cad to look at there citation report and there arrest report Aswell. I feel like I should be unbanned, because for one I would never say anything like that, second I wasn't even in the cad for 5 seconds between each officers ID's that I ran. What I have learned from this is that I need to start recording whenever I arrive on to SBI scenes, cause you can be framed for anything. I believe this was wrong, and very targeted cause I didnt arrest the police officer.
