Staff Member Who Banned You (optional)

What Happened?

I joined a Roblox exploiting related Discord server when I was about 12-13 years old. At that age, I had some curiosity about exploits and cheating communities in general, but I never actually used any exploit or cheat on Ventura or any Roblox game. I was in their Discord, like I was in hundreds of other servers at the time. I may have chatted once or twice, but I never downloaded, used, or attempted to use any exploit.

I was first banned months ago after the staff found my name in that server. I sent in an appeal, explained what happened honestly, and made it clear that I do not, nor have I ever exploited. This appeal was accepted and I was allowed back in.

However, since my name was apparently never taken off that list, I became automatically re-banned after two weeks of playing normally. I immediately sent in another appeal but it got denied instantly with no explanation. Since then, I have stayed out of cheating communities entirely and removed every single questionable server I was part of. I have no connection to any exploiting group at all and haven't for a long time.

Affiliation with exploit/cheat-related Discord server

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I fully understand why 'affiliation with exploit servers' is taken seriously, and I am not denying that I was in one years ago. But the issue is, I was a kid, I never used the exploits, nor did I ever have any will to harm the game and community.

Ventura was my main game. I played it every day after work, grinded XP, and fully enjoyed the roleplay environment, mainly the HCSO, which was my favorite department. I put real time into the game I even supported financially because I genuinely liked the experience and wanted to support it.

I have never exploited in-game in Ventura, never tried to exploit in-game, never harmed the community, and have never exhibited toxic behavior in-game. The only problem that I have is that years ago, I was involved in a Discord server, not knowing the implications of joining said server. If I had known being in those servers was against the rules, I would have removed them straight away.

I am asking for a fair reconsideration, not out of entitlement, but given that Ventura is a game and community I really love. I just wish to play the game, roleplay, rank up, and enjoy the game as I used to. I have absolutely no involvement with exploit communities anymore, nor will I ever be in one again.

If this appeal is denied, I will accept that. But I hope the effort and honesty I've put into explaining the situation is enough to show that I'm not a threat to the community and I'm just someone who wants to return and enjoy the game respectfully.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
