Detail: I was shot and killed while i was away, spawned at a different hospital hoping i can respawn the vehicle i checked out. Found out i couldn't as it only had a different hospital vehicles. So i decided to walk back to pickup my cruiser that i had checked out as i couldn't do anything. On the way i saw my cruiser being driven by someone else. After they jumped out, thinking they only used it just to get back to their ambulance. I took my cruiser back and went to the gas station to refuel. After hopping out, in attempt to refuel, i was being followed by the same guy and a highway patrol. And was cuffed for taking my cruiser. I then found out, that they returned my cruiser and spawned it for himself while it was checked out under me.
