How to use C.H.E.M table in Perris, CA

Dear MI and others,

I was recently playing Perris, CA, and I came across the C.H.E.M table update on the website. I know that the acids/secret stuff are at the Gas CO near spawn. I was wondering how I can actually find the table for these to start the process of cooking. I appreciate the help from a fellow member of MI for my question about BOA. I would gladly appreciate if I could get an answer on this, and I hope other people are going to have their question similarly also assisted with. Thank you!
