7. Detailed Description of Events*

Quote

Provide a clear, factual, and chronological account of what happened. Avoid speculation or emotional language. Please answer the following:

  • What was the context leading up to the incident?

    • The reporting officer (narrator) spotted the offender, AndroStix (Alan Bohm), parked on a bus designated area with his black SUV (Fire Department).

    • The offender's vehicle had its emergency lights activated.

    • The offender stated he "was" responding to an emergency.

  • What specific actions did the offender take?

    • Refused to move: The reporting officer told the offender to move because the emergency was "no longer" active, but the offender refused to move out.

    • Refused to identify: The reporting officer "repeatedly" asked for the offender's identification, but the offender "persistently refused".

    • Attempted to call supervisor: The offender requested a supervisor via the radio.

    • Left the game: When the offender realized no one is responding, he disconnected from the game whilst in cuffs (LTAA).

    • Filed an Active Case in my record (later action): On the date of this report (November 18), the offender made an active case against the arresting officer with claims the reporting officer alleges are false. He added false charges in the report such as PC § Abuse of Power (Government), PC § 211. Threats Against Public Officials, PC § 217. Corruption Within Law Enforcement.

  • Quote any relevant chat messages exactly as they appeared, if possible.

8. Specific Rule(s) Violated*

Quote

[1] Code of Conduct, Rule: Abuse of Power: Offender's later action of filing a false case was "pure revenge and power tripping," which falls under using a position to "harass players, or interfere with unrelated RP." The act of filing a retaliatory case with invented charges: PC § Abuse of Power, PC § 211. Threats, and PC § 217. Corruption is a clear misuse of the in-game reporting system to harass and take revenge.

I know that first responders are not immune from the law, hence the penal code includes violations for emergency services.
