I believe the date was 11/14/2025. My friend (a in real life friend) and I were playing in a Ventura server. We had what we thought at the time was a funny joke and spoke to a police Officer in game about my friend harassing me (as a a roleplay scene) inside of the gun store. At that time I referred to him as a monkey as we were both in a VC together laughing and thought nothing of it. However the officer we reported the matter to apparently did not and I'm assuming is who reported this matter. We tried to explain (my friend and I) that we were in a VC together and that it was solely for roleplay my friend even stating he took no offense to what was said. Looking back on this, I can see how it was inappropriate and caused this issue. Further I'd like to say I know this doesn't make this okay to do however I've never and would never do that to a random player, and in the future will refrain from doing even to friends in game.
Further I was told my player shirt may have also been the reason I was ban which if that's true I was unaware of the issue the shirt could have caused and apologize on that note.
My friend is willing to speak to an appeals member for this situation as well to hopefully clear up this misunderstanding based on the joke we thought was just funny at the time. His discord user is lildunkboi and his roblox user is soulfood5

As stating the the incident above, looking back on this matter I can see why it has been treated this way and I was banned however our intention was never to intentionally cause anyone harm. We were just two friends in a VC together that made a poor decision at the time. We genuinely enjoy playing in Ventura and hope to be Able to play again. I've learned from this that our actions can be mistaken and cause other players distress when in the end we all have the same idea in mind to hop on a server and enjoy some fun roleplay. I hope this can be taken into consideration and my poor choice can be forgiven. I can easily prevent such a matter from happening again by refraining from making any comments similar to this regardless of if I know the person in real life and we both thought it was just a joke between two friends in a video game. As I stated I have never and would never do such thing to a random player.
