Give us an Incident Description: as i headed back to my SD station in milano to change my uniform i did so, and after coming out getting to my car, i saw another black car speeding to SP i quickly followed and catched up. He was inside the store so i followed inside, after i wanted to talk whit him he always tried to get a way to ignore me or get a good point. as he kept saying !help and saying ''LOL'' every 5 seconds to every of my sentence wich were ofcourse ''wrong'' for him. I grabbed him away from the counter to talk to him outside (yes grabbed him). Also forgot to mention that as he wanted clips i requested his discord username for me to send him the clips he said: i dont want ur clips'' to me repliyng: ''u can send me ur clip'' and he ofc saying ''LOL'' i also requested his ID 2 times to cite him and just go away and not bother anymore. So, now were standing outside he wanted SBI. I call SBI but my text get censored at the 4th try it works, theni got shot down from someone, only me not all the 5 VHP cops around me. after im lying on the floor he insults me whit ''LOL, EZZZZZ, HAHAH, and much much more. So, SBI comes we talk and the SBI director (dear satff i sadly do NOT have his roblox name i do have his ingame name clipped tho)only believes the guy and says to me the whole time that i cant grab him bcs of tool abusing. And due to me just being on my trial after being unbanned i stay calm and after we talking a bit the sbi says again ''why do ppl like u exist'' it was a 2v1 and i was getting thrown insults at me the whole time, after that i leave the area to avoid any more conflict. he also said ''well im sbi because i can afford it'' and i thougt the team was locked to funders and mods wich is a problem
