I was in pursuit of a white mustang, (no clips at all) going down kai's towards bank crashed my car wheels disappeared so I decided to go kai's car park I had called for a 32 to take me to vhp station a few individuals came up to me telling me I had to patrol I told them my car crashed and couldn't we was talking till from the distance I saw someone come towards us from a deceased body which I had not seen before i told him "I saw that" however I did not see the person kill the individual after he cleared himself that he had just joined I defused the situation and had released him he decided to call mods unsure of the mods name in the clip the person gave to the mod you can see at 6 minutes the person was zoomed out and it looked like he ran from the body with his fists considering no gunshots were heard. did not cuff or search the person at all after he made it clear he had just joined I released him also he didn't just join as in his own clip he was there for a couple minutes.
