Give us an Incident Description: Conflict started when he ran from a 10-11 in a bearcat. He had been patrolling in it earlier, refused to RTB upon being told to do so. Went about my way without conflict. A CHP later tried to stop him for going northbound on the southbound lane of the interstate. He ran. We eventually C5'd him where he killed a PD. When I approached him after spiking the rear tire of the bearcat I heard him pull out a gun. I killed him. About 30 minutes later he found me at autozone and RDM'd me. What's silly is that I wasn't going to do anything about him until he went and pulled that.

What rules / offences did the player break: FRP/RDM

How long do you think the player be punished for: Considering his previous documented RDM offense, patrolling in full HRT kit and a bearcat, and no doubt numerous undocumented offenses, I believe a few days to a week seems fair.
