staff who banned me

i was playin the game as normal i had respawned and walked over to what apparently was a mod playin music he took one look at me and banned me permanently, the ban reason said violating TOS which i assume means Roblox TOS and i do understand why he'd see that as ill provide the avatar i was wearing at the time as well as the ban message.

i do believe i should be unbanned as i was never given any warning of my appearance not being tolerated within the game.

i did speak to a mod at least a day before my ban about RDM while i was wearing this outfit and i had even asked about my avatar and he never warned nor said anything about my outfit being allowed

i do swear that ill never wear this avatar within the game let alone roblox entirely
