Incident Description*:

I was standing in line at SP, and he started doing the back-and-forth thingy on my Roblox character. I turned around and told him to stop. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as people should not be doing this sort of thing in Roblox. It's against TOS, so it should be a permanent ban.
