Ban Waive Requirements

REQUEST TO WAIVE YOUR BAN

This policy template is available to you if a staff member does not respond to your request to appeal within 5 Working Days.

Eligibility for Ban Removal or Waiving Requirements

1. No Moderator Response After 5 Working Days.

   • If your ban appeal does not receive a decision or response from a moderator within 3 days of the original post date, you may formally request for the ban to be waived due to lack of response.

2. Inactive Threads

   • If your appeal goes inactive (no follow-up from moderators) for an extended period, you are also eligible to request the ban to be waived for lack of attention.

• Original Ban Appeal Link: [Insert Link to Original Appeal]

• Date of Original Appeal Submission: [Insert Date]

• Time Since Submission: [Insert Number of Days Since Submission]

• Reason for Request: Lack of response or decision from moderators within the required timeframe of 3 days.

Please state “I formally request that my ban be waived in accordance with the Instant Ban Removal / Waive Requirement policy.”

WARNING

If your moderation punishment is VTOS this policy is not applicable to be used. This policy is meant for moderators who are unresponsive to your ban.
