Again, I have been banned for something I didn’t do

I recently posted a ban appeal on here. Stating on how I was perma banned for something I didn’t do. Again. I have been banned for something else. Which I haven’t done as well.

My ban reason is i “created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action against another account within this experience”

I was banned for 4 days.

I have two accounts, both with the same avatar and a similar name.

I went on my other account and joined the game AFTER my ban had ended. Yet i have still been banned anyway?

If I had joined even a hair earlier than my ban had ended. Than i understand this. But this was nearly a week after my ban had ended.
