An unknown individual got inside of my vehicle, I began driving, when the individual asked me if I had a gun, I responded truthfully. The individual proposed that we go kill police officers, I did not appreciate such statement, and I sarcastically asked the individual if I should kill them. I exited my vehicle, when the individual did so too, and presented their firearm. I drew my firearm and attempted to gain a control of the situation, however, upon taking fire, I realized I never racked my gun. I managed to stop the threat from escalating. I pulled off to the side of the road to regain my composure, when the same individual returned, opened fire at me again, killing me.
