My suggestion would imply, creating a gate that opens for the Cal-Trans team members when you drive up to it, or allowing the Cal-Trans team members access into the RSCO parking lot due to them already have a “impound area/lot/dump-all”
Why This Would Improve the Game:
I really think that this would better suit the times when we have to tow police vehicles and instead of them being towed into the open Cal-Trans lot and being stolen, the would be behind at gated Impound Lot in order reduce the amount of stolen PD/RCSO/HWY cars. (unless they dont lock their cars)
