How do I get my Ventura Record Expunged?

I've been playing for a while and with all the corruption and abuse I'd just like to make a fresh start. Even if It means that I could lose XP from making a new character. I'd just want my record of my character removed and I restart my character altogether if possible.

If you are in the React Studios, you'd know, that theres gonna be a data wipe on the 5th of December. Right now theres and massive XP boost so players can enjoy different perks of the teams, before the data wipe, which will be a fresh start.
