• What was the context leading up to the incident?

  I was engaged in a routine roleplay when I was pulled over by evxilynn_ (a player in the Ventura Highway Patrol team). Prior to the stop, evxilynn_ was driving recklessly through the Safe Zone (SP) parking slots and collided with my vehicle.

• What specific actions did the offender take?

  evxilynn_ initiated a traffic stop without initially stating a reason, she falsely accused me of "speeding," which is not a verifiable offense within the game's roleplay mechanics. And also claimed she had her lights on trying to pursue me which is a lie. When I contested the false accusation and requested a supervisor, she called one, the Deputy Commissioner then arrived. While I was providing video evidence to the supervisor, evxilynn_ went to the Discord server and sent messages to a moderator friend. In these messages, she asked the moderation to have permission to go rogue and kill me, because I was "annoying" for insisting on due process. She then coordinated for with a moderator to join the game under the guise of a VHP Commissioner to intervene on her behalf, that moderator is 04_3i.

  The Deputy Commissioner (Sadly, I do not have his username) and the moderator 04_3i were present.
