as you can see here i left the game bec it crashed

I don’t even know what i have done wrong i was just minding my own business and out of nowhere my game froze. i was not able to do anything so i left the game. i just tried joining again and it said i got banned for 6 days for RDM x1 + LTAP x1 i don’t know what i have done can you please look into it cause i really wanna play the game.
