Leading up to where the part 1 clip starts, they had already pulled me over and I got out and pulled a firearm. The first violation takes place immediately when the first clip begins. The offender tased me while I was in handcuffs, which is not realistic. I was restrained and unable to physically harm anyone. This is the first example of what is considered FRP. They tased me while cuffed, they had an inappropraiate proportional response since I was not being physically combative, and they carried out an execution style act by harming a restrained suspect.

The next violation is an NITRP issue. Multiple VHP Troopers were discussing towing my vehicle, and the offender decided to tow it without letting them continue their roleplay (part 1 at 01:26).

The next violation occurs at 2:55 in part 1. After taking me out of the car they tased me again while I was cuffed, which repeats the same rule violations as before.

At 4:54 in part 1 I confirmed the identity of the offender by checking the player list in the settings tab.

In part 2 at 03:23 the offender once again tased me while I was in handcuffs, violating the same rules listed above.

In part 2 at 04:50 the offender, while holding me in cuffs, somehow pulled out pepper spray and sprayed me even though I was restrained. Again this is FRP, not realistic, and it is another example of NITRP.

There are a large number of violations in section [4] Code of Conduct, Law Enforcement Professionalism.

Note: The images of the rules that were violated are included at the bottom of my original post. I accidentally pasted the same rule multiple times.

Also, there is a video on YouTube that shows a man being tased, pepper-sprayed, etc., and still being able to walk around. So, me getting up and running after being tased is not completely improbable. The YouTube title is called "Florida Man Shot After Resisting Arrest and Charging Deputies."
