joined group and account is 6 months old wont let me play??

My account is going on 6 months old I play a bunch of other games on Roblox I'm in the group im supposed to be in and ive never been banned can someone please explain to me why this game is giving me this error

Hello.

You will not be able to join Project Ventura. You have failed the initial check done by the security system. Your account does not meet the minimum required criteria to pass the security check.

However, make sure you are in the React Studios roblox group as it can resolve the issue.
