Give us an Incident Description: Was following him following traffic law. My vehicle did not have a BOLO. He randomly stopped and felony stopped me, pointing a gun at me. He gave up, got back in his vehicle, and ran off. When I tried to stop him he ran so I spiked him. He LTAP'd while I was questioning him for corruption.
