Incident Description*:

Arrested this guy for attempted and fleeing, after being shot ab 10 times he still ran around (FRP). When i did a modcall, he started constantly disrespecting me. Every time throughout the arrest he made no attempt to rp at all, constantly running even after being tased and pepper sprayed.
