Give us an Incident Description: Clips speak for themselves. Lots of NITRP/FRP. 1: Traffic violations, flee elude LEO as LEO, hit and run as LEO, FRP. 2: threats LEO as LEO, FRP (driving while cuffed) 3: gave me a 10k citation for no reason. 1/2/3 is the names of the clips when you view them.
