Automatic ban it seems.
What Happened?
Was going to log back on to play for a while when I was met with a ban message for violating V-TOS. I searched for my Roblox user in the server using Discord’s search feature to try and find any clues so I can have a better case when it comes to appealing. Turns out my name’s in #easi-logs for allegedly being in a condo server “as recently as November 11”. First of all, that’s false. Second, if it was November 11, I wouldn’t be able to have played on November 12, which I did. I last played like 6 hours ago with no issue whatsoever (been logging into the game everyday for the past week or two). Another backer for my case would be my big following on Roblox and Groups (I’m an dev), and relevant social media as I am seen as a trustworthy individual who wouldn’t participate in such degeneracy. For your information, yes, I know what condos are. How if I’ve never been in one you may ask? I’ve been a fan of Ruben since like 2 years which I can back (yt history, messages in private GCs) and am hardcore against any such activities on Roblox. Moving on, one thing that strikes me as being odd is that my “Moderation Note” sets me apart from all others by not mentioning which server, as if the person who put me on said list is trying to dodge questions, as if I have been put on there as part of a grudge, or maybe, just maybe an accident. Whatever it may be, the ban is still undisputedly false and absurd. That said, please do get in contact with me about this so we can sort it out, I’m willing to screenshare my Discord and whatever else is needed as long as it isn’t too unreasonable (e.g. asking for login info).
