Hello Staff Team,
I am writing this report to bring attention to a situation that happened earlier today involving one of your moderators, Cataline. I believe there was clear misuse of moderation powers, lack of professionalism, and an unfair ban placed on me. I’ll explain everything that happened in full detail so you can understand my side and hopefully review this case fairly.
What Happened:
I was playing with my friend, just driving around normally. Out of nowhere, a police officer stopped us without any clear reason. The officer then pulled out a gun and started shooting at us first. In response, I defended myself and shot back, resulting in the officer’s in-game death. (I think this counts as first-degree murder in-game, but it was in self-defense since he shot first.)
After that, another cop showed up, got me down, and put me in cuffs. I repeatedly asked why I was being detained, but nobody gave me an answer. I then called for a moderator to help resolve the issue because it was clear something was off about the situation.
That’s when Moderator “Cataline” joined — the same person I had a small argument with around 30 minutes earlier.
How the Moderator Handled It:
Instead of helping me or listening to my side, Cataline ignored me completely. She started talking with the officer about another unrelated situation involving a “bacon” player who was apparently exploiting and got banned. Meanwhile, I kept saying things like:
“This is fail roleplay.”
“I need help.”
“Why aren’t you listening to me?”
“This isn’t fair at all.”
Despite saying this multiple times, she refused to respond or help me. Then she let the officer go free and kept me jailed, which made no sense because I was trying to explain the situation from my side.
I felt completely unheard and treated unfairly. It didn’t feel like she was there to help — more like she wanted to punish me no matter what I said.
The Ban Situation:
After I got jailed, I said the line: “that stupid mod”
Right after that, Cataline teleported to me, repeated the word “stupid,” and instantly banned me for “AA.”
This doesn’t make sense because:
I was expressing frustration, not abusing anyone or using alts.
I’ve talked with her before about alt accounts, and she cleared me — even her partner “Charles” said I was good to go.
It feels like she was waiting for me to say something minor just to ban me.
Getting banned for saying “stupid mod” is not fair and honestly feels like a personal decision rather than a professional one.
Why I Mentioned “Charles”:
Before the ban, I kept asking:
“Where is Charles?”
“Get Charles here!”
“I want to talk with Charles.”
I asked several times because Charles has always listened to me and tried to understand the situation instead of ignoring me. He helped me in previous cases and made sure things were handled properly. But Cataline completely ignored my requests to speak with him.

Final Thoughts:
I understand I’m new to RP and might make mistakes sometimes, but I’m always willing to learn. What’s not fair is being ignored, silenced, and banned without being listened to. No player deserves to be treated like that by someone with moderator powers. It’s not about “winning” or “losing” a situation — it’s about being treated fairly.
Please look into this. I really enjoy Project Ventura, and I want to keep playing and improving. But I also want to make sure that moderators are held to the same fairness standards as players.
