Reporting for over 15 minutes XP grinding on FCPD

I would just like to personally say, I had to go help my parent out with a "5 minute deal" and I was stuck building a pergola that we have been working on for weeks. I wondered why I got jailed for "spitting on a sidewalk". If I was XP grinding I would of gone somewhere else and hid away. It would be dumb to sit in the middle of a popular street to XP grind.
