User being reported was tased and halted / detained by FCPD because from my perspective and others he shot at a driver who he claimed "fled" from him. Victim of the shooting was reversing and the trooper shot and killed the victim. The trooper was tased and once questioned claimed that the person had "ran someone over" as an excuse for his excessive use of force. Suspect trooper was asked to speak privately between the FCPD Captain and himself but than left the game intentionally.
