Hehbebwbbrna / 3350731360 - Person with clips & main reason why this incident happened
I am making this forum on behalf of him. I was in the car when this incident occurred, but I do not have any clips (but he did) so I am adding this information just in case you need it.

Incident Description*: Me and my partner were patrolling on VHP when we pulled over a vehicle, the vehicle fled and we initiated a pursuit. The pursuit ended when a sheriff deputy (the moderator in question) spiked the car and a shootout ensued (The sheriff/moderator did not have the moderator identification on his in-game name). Then, "rcmhater" grabbed an EMT and searched him to take his lifpak to help the officers that were downed in the shootout. When he put the pads on the last officer, I used the lifpak to revive him and then I picked up the lifpak. "rcmhater" who was still on the sheriff team at this time, got mad that I picked up the lifpak he stole from the EMT. He came over to my vehicle which I was in and immediately booted me from the vehicle, he stated I took his lifpak and I said "the lifpak you stole off of ems?" to which he replied "yes". I said, "so it's not your lifpak" and he said "bro". I got back in my vehicle which is when he turned on his blue mod shield and requested VBI, he told me to not go anywhere so I stayed put. For whatever reason he went through the old mod calls and closed one of my old calls that wasnt resolved yet as well. After he was standing there for a while, he teamed himself to VBI since a black uniform appeared over his sheriff shirt. He booted me from the car again, searched me, took the lifpak back and stated "have a blessed day" indicating I was free to leave. Me and my partner continued driving and talking about the incident for a while, when we reached the highland/florence intersection I noticed a SBI vehicle come out of nowhere with its lights and sirens on behind me, then the SBI vehicle pulled me over.
"rcmhater" teamed himself to SBI to come chase me down and arrest me after letting me go while he was on the sheriff team, he walked up to my vehicle and booted me out immediately putting me in cuffs. He stated I was under arrest for stealing government property and started toward MCJ where he booked me. Keep in mind we weren't the ones that first stole the lifepak from the EMT, but he was. We also speculate that he viewed us to chase us down as he found us fairly quickly.
