The Offender by the name of spamilby in the team Highway Patrol RDM and did not use any roleplay actions to justify the killing and context. The Offender came to me with his car while I was parked. I didn't trust him, so I started my engine. However, he hoped out of the car and started shooting at me without any apparent reason and in a panic I started fleeing from him. After that, I found parking spot to hide from him. Few minutes later, he came back to me and I started fleeing from him with my car. We crashed into house and the Offender stepped out of the car and started shooting that made me killed.

I have two evidence of him, killing me and shooting at me
