Give us an Incident Description:

I turned up on scene to the reports by an LASD officer that a male was at gun point as he was open carrying a rifle at the tower. The suspect is being obnoxious and rude claiming a watch commander said it was okay to open carry but while you can get permits to open carry in California - it doesn’t cover rifles and all the other many weapons the suspect had. The suspect was getting agitated at what I was saying and proceeded to walk away which is where I proceed to cuff and hold him then go to place him in my vehicle after seizing his weapons. The LASD officer proceeds to tackle me unnecessarily and cuff and hold me. He then proceeded to take the tools I just seized from the suspect and gave them all back to the suspect and let the suspect go and leave the scene with all the weapons under the premise of having an “open carry permit” despite this being very illegal and not within the law.

How long do you think the player be punished for: I think the officers need to be told what he did wrong in the scene and banned from the teams for a bit.
