What Happened?:
It started when 2 VHP officers told me and my friend to finish them, so we did. After that, a sheriff detained me saying I pointed a gun at him, but I didn’t even have a weapon on me. I showed my clip and got released, but my cash got seized for no reason. I got a little upset since I felt like I was detained unfairly and wanted to press charges on the sheriff.

When I went to 2 SBI for help, they didn’t really do much and just threw the seized cash. I get that they couldn’t drop it since it was already seized, but they were kinda disrespectful about it. They could’ve just called a mod instead of blaming me. I got frustrated and ended up saying something I shouldn’t have, and I’m sorry for that.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?:
I wanted to sincerely apologize for what I said that got me banned. I honestly didn’t realize that counted as bypassing or violating VTOS. I wasn’t trying to say anything hateful or offensive, i don't get how this is V-TOS. it was just a dumb thing I said casually without thinking.

I know now that it breaks the rules, and I take full responsibility for it. I’ve never been warned for something like this before, so I was really confused when I got banned for it, especially since I’ve said it around others (even staff) and nobody mentioned it being an issue. Still, I get it now and I’ll make sure to be more careful with how I talk in-game.

I really enjoy Ventura and being part of the Mountain Interactive community. I’ve spent a lot of time there, and I’d really appreciate a second chance to show I can follow the rules and keep things positive. I’ve learned from this and I promise it won’t happen again.
