Ban Length: no specified length assuming prema.

Ban Reason: allegedly "V-TOS", I sent a meme to general chat and the picture depicted a penguin fishing saying "oh boy I hope I catch a good meme" then the picture depicted below that, a anime character getting caught by the fishing line, the picture was not at all NSFW or inappropriate.

Why I Should Be Unbanned: because the meme I sent was not NSFW or inappropriate at all and if it was somehow V-TOS I was unaware and I will re-read the rules if I'm unbanned to make sure it doesn't happen again, I will try to find the meme and attach it in a reply.

Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: Unknown.

Edit: I have been banned for awhile now, I don't have the meme saved, I did however find what I think is it:
