Give us an Incident Description: I was in a foot pursuit with the suspect inside the video due to him reckless driving, he went on foot after the car got spiked, we were circling around arco gas station, I tased the suspect, arrest him, and the person who killed me, he appeared like 5 seconds before I tased the suspect and decided to kill us after I cuffed the suspect.
