Hey man. That's not a great situation.
Are you sure your device is capable of running the game? The game won't be 100% optimized, for the low-end devices.
If you have an run-in with corrupt cops giving you unjustified fines, please report them to the Staff Team so they can prevent future incidents from the said individual.

How old is the Victus laptop was it from last year or this year? If it was this year its most likely a WIFI Problem or its just the game being dumb just restart your pc.

its 2 from last year and I have one from this year I got 3 of em but its for stuff I cant do anymore cus im fighting a case finna b free me in april ian worried tho
