Hello, I'd like to make a formal complaint against this staff member. After hopping on-duty and witnessing an EMS driver run a stop sign almost crashing into me I had the intentions of pulling the EMS individual over. After I had noticed that there were already officers chasing after the EMS individual indicating on a pursuit I had attempted to stop the suspect by blocking their vehicle attempting to box it in. After failing to do so an SBI agent and FCPD officer had stepped out of the vehicle I believe they were a ride-along and had opened fire at the suspect (EMS). The suspect had his tires afterwards popped and came to a stop. Afterwards the suspect (EMS) had stepped out of the vehicle attempting to make a run yet failing to do so since they were tazed and cuffed. After the suspect had been placed in cuffs I was approaching the SBI and FCPD officer and had asked them why they had opened fire at the suspect. For your information a fleeing suspect is not automatically a threat in order to use lethal force against them. In order for lethal force to be justified against the individual they must use their vehicle as a deadly weapon. Simply fleeing and recklessly driving is not a justification for this. I had afterwards detained the FCPD Pr. Officer after explaining that to the SBI Director and FCPD Pr. Officer that what they had done is negligent discharge and a arrestable offense. As I was not aware at the time that other SBI Agents can arrest the SBI Direcotr I had contacted a mod because a mod once had told me to contact a mod if the SBI Director has done something wrong. After another SBI unit had arrived which I wanted to brief regarding the case the mod had arrived which took over the scene and made a mod scene out of it. I had attempted to explain the situation to the mod yet it felt like they had failed to listen to me. Afterwards I had been AFK for a second and I was wondering if the mod had left yet he hasn't had left he just took the individuals that were accused of the crime to the side to ask for their side of story FIRST when I was the one that had contacted the moderator and when they are the suspects. The moderator afterwards had come to me asking for my side of story. The moderator then after hearing my side of story had only sanctioned the EMS which had fleed from the officers when the SBI Director and FCPD Pr. Officer should've been sanctioned too. There was another SBI Agent which was in Tac uniform that kept interferring which the moderator had stated to stop interferring and threatening me with arresting me yet they also didn't want to take any action against the SBI Director and FCPD Pr. Officer which automatically should make the moderator sanction the individuals. At the end none except the EMS was sanctioned which made me feel very upset since it makes no sense to be using lethal deadly force in a city when the individual is not even posing as an active deadly threat with their vehicle. I believe the staff member is wrong as they should've sanctioned the SBI Director and FCPD Pr. Officer or should've atleast gotten an SBI to arrest these two individuals and take actions against them. Instead they had just left the scene saying that it's over and not even talking to me which is very unprofessional.
