MRDM and RSI Perm ban

I got banned for Mass RDM and RSI for doing a shootout with a 1911. Though I did break the rules of RDM I thought it was allowed for shootouts. I don't have a clip of the shootout but i'm sorry I don't think it should be a perm ban it was not really that big.
