Warning Appeal:

I was at SP where I had previously detained a male for being a felon in possession. I took his gun off of him and let him go, where he then exchanged firearms in the parking lot with 2 other people, where I then called it in. As I was arresting the male I had dealt with prior, an SBI director (the same rank as me), got on scene, and released the guy out of my vehicle, then when I went to go grab him back, the SBI put me in cuffs. This was a clear misuse of power, which I then cuffed and subsequently placed the male under arrest.
