He really just said.. "Backtick" all it shows is XP, it doesn't show level. How do I know when I am going to rank up or even know what level I am at?

Right. If you want to know your "team level" (rank), you head over to the Team Menu and take a look. You will see what you have ublocked and how much XP till the next rank.

My guy, there is no level, I don't know what level you speak of, you must be speaking about something that does not exist. No need to spread misinformation.
