How to i control the k9? And what vehicles have a car radio i can plas music from?

I need help

You may control the K9 by spawning it, then you hold B for the K9 commands.
Currently, there are no known vehicles or car radio not being implemented at all inside Project Ventura.

As for vehicles, I am not too sure.

Do they use there microphone instead to play music

That could be a possibility yes. But sometimes the music that gets played through their mic's can disturb RP quality and staff may have a chat with the person, as you cannot really ''adjust'' the players microphone volume, like you can do, through an in-game car radio script.

I have seen some people use boomboxes while out of the car, some people might have passengers that use the boombox.

What quality are we talking about?

If you are asking about making your Microphone quality better, here is what I suggest you do, this helped me increase my quality and people hearing me loud and clear:
1. Move your mic closer to your mouth (not too close, also make sure it is not too far away, use Voice Recorder) to test for good, clear audio - audio should not be jittery, hard to hear, quiet or a mumble)
2. Adjust gain meters (if your microphone has issues), if you microphone is not picking up on sound, increase the gain meter level (0-100 scale) and increase booster if necessary (dB)

Tips for you:
1. Speak in a loud, understandable and clear tone. Do not mumble your words "under your nose", go not whisper (if you are trying to be quiet, it will be better use Text-Chat rather than using Voice-Chat), as whispering will make the voice sound distorted or mumbled.
2. Project your voice - do not shout, shouting will cause cut-outs and the microphone "not functioning properly", talk as if you were talking to someone face to face in a room.
3. Use the full potential of your mouth, open it, move it freely, do not hold it shut or force words through your ''teeth'', this will make it super mumbled and difficult to understand.
4. Do not force an accent, that you have not mastered, accents may make you mispronounce words, people will not understand you better.
5. Tone - do not speak with a tone that could give off the feel to the listeners like you do not want to speak properly, this can be seen in the ''wannabe gangsters'' in Roleplay, talking with their diaphragm incorrectly, improper sentence construction.
