I am unsure of the Moderator/Administrator who carried out my punishment.
11/4/2025, around 8 o'clock (I think)
I was an HCSD LT at the time of the incident.
I was standing outside of Strikepoint Firearms, chilling, shooting at suspects who shot at us for the love of RDM, the usual. I cannot remember exactly how the situation began exactly but I remember I died, so I waited for them to call code 4 at Strikepoint which signifies I'm allowed to return there because the RP scene was over. I pull up when they made the code 4 and parked, just chilling and talking with people. All the sudden, the banning mod/admin in this case, was yelling at me about NLR. (It wasn't a ban reason, he was just mad because he was the one that killed me before the code 4 had been called, and was so "Despaired, oh no! The rp scene ended and you're back!" for a bit of sarcasm).
Now, to the moderator's credit, I did say things I shouldn't have said. I believe in honesty and I'm not afraid and am actually more than willing to be truthful about what I say. I do regret some things I said to the moderator, such as "suck it up" and "stop crying" I cannot remember every exact word we exchanged, but it happened. And all the sudden, there's 2 mods and this random civilian who hasn't even been there for the last 10 minutes shows up on about "AD" (which again, I don't deny, but he had nothing to do with it). More conversation had began with me and the 2 moderators, and this random person, which was the last few moments before my permanent ban for Administrative Discretion. The moderator who banned me, began taunting me, doing stuff such as /e waving at me multiple times. Nothing much really happened before my ban that night, but there was stuff I did that I of course shouldn't have and I do regret my actions.
Onto my ban reason, Administrative Discretion.
The random civilian I had mentioned earlier, said quote, "I'm gonna get you banned for entertainment," and other wild statements. The mod also joined in on this bickering, but it's my word against a mod, nobody is going to believe me, so I did nothing about it.
You guys told me honesty is key, and so, in my truthful opinion, did I really just get banned for "entertainment" and harmless pixels on a screen on a Lego game? I mean, I do think to an extent I should be punished, but a PERMANENT BAN, that is just way too much and way too far for something such as "my feelings got hurt so I ban you for eternity and you shall never play this game again," like are we serious?
I was banned PERMANENTLY for words on a screen and entertainment, this is a totally invalid use of power in my truthful opinion and I deserve another chance. I do understand I have prior bans, but not for anything like this. Those have been for things, such as TK and RDM, which I do not do anymore. The fact that I was banned on a first offense for this matter PERMENTANTLY over something like words and entertainment is barbaric.
I believe I truthfully should be unbanned, or at least have my ban reduced.
Furthermore, I love Project Ventura and the dev team. Being truthful, I have said things against the devs that I shouldn't have, and I now understand how much devs do and go through for the community, and have put the childish mindset away. The game is truly amazing, and so are most of the staff members. If my ban isn't lifted or reduced, I still commend your staff and development team, and will love it and the game continuing on.
Thank you for giving your time, and most likely, lack of interest, into reading my ban appeal for both the discord server and the game Project Ventura. I look forward to playing this game every day and it sucks that I got banned for the reason I did for the length I was given. Continuing on, I will watch my actions and think before I speak. Please consider in your decision, how ridiculous the situation seems from my perspective, and that it is a first offense for this matter.
