Incident Description*:

Earlier this week I was banned from the mountain interactive discord staff server and community server for AD. Although it is not very clear with what I had done wrong, I am pretty sure I know why. Earlier that day I had regained access to my discord account that had been banned about one month prior to the conversation. When I opened discord today to see I was unbanned I looked through the Mountain Interactive server to see what I had missed. To my surprise I had been accepted onto the staff team. I began asking different people what to do next as all of my emails had been deleted the day before due to storage issues. Later I was able to locate the email and pend the staff discord server. The next day when I woke up I realized I had been accepted into the server, so I began to look at what my next steps where. I filled out a training request and went to class. I later had gotten back onto my phone to see a ping in the server from Mr. k4i4nn, regarding him recognizing me from a different community which was later found out to be Victoria County, an old community that I had worked for about a year ago. Unfortunately I had resigned from my senior mod position due to command problems and people being corrupt. k4i4nn then began to question how I was accepted onto the staff team with my history from Victoria County. I moved our conversation into his private DM's to avoid being unprofessional. He then began to accuse me of doxing the old community manager of Victoria County claiming that there where "Allegations" of me doxing this individual. These are nothing but accusations and where never able to be proved simply for the fact that I never doxed this individual. Moments later Mr. k414nn sends me a link to a google doc containing all of the community managers personal information, including address, phone number, socials etc. I will not be sharing the link in respect of the individuals privacy but I will warn that the contents in the document where found in an illegal manner. I do not condone nor encourage criminal activity nor will I allow it to slide by. I strongly stand by my belief that Mr. K4i4nn doxed the individual and did so in an intentional manner, otherwise he would not have spread such sensitive material. Later I found out that I was banned from the discord server and have tried appealing but unfortunately have been denied my request to return. I will make it clear, I will not allow Mr. k4i4nn to get away with his actions and I have taken the necessary steps to report him to discord support and the FBI cybercrime tip line. Please keep in mind that I find me being banned a way of covering up a poor decision that was made by Mr. k4i4nn and request he be held fully accountable for his actions. I would also request that my ban be reconsidered as I have not violated any of React Studios Community guidelines nor do I intend to.

First and foremost, I have never doxed, shared, or distributed any personal information belonging to anyone. The link being referenced was not created or sent by me — it was found and shared by GorillaPro375 himself, who stated in our DMs that he located the individual’s LinkedIn profile and circulated it.

As an Operations Manager, my interaction with GorillaPro375 was limited to reviewing his background from a previous community due to prior concerns. This is standard procedure when verifying applicants or staff transfers, and it was handled professionally.

Two separate individuals reported that GorillaPro375 had threatened to dox a community manager and had been sharing that same document within Discord.

The decision to remove GorillaPro375 from our staff and community servers was made based on these reports and verified concerns, not because of any personal dispute. His post here misrepresents the situation entirely.

We take all reports seriously, but this one contains misinformation and lacks evidence. I stand by my professionalism and actions, all of which were within staff policy and guidelines.

So why are you lying? As seen in my screenshot you sent me the document containing his personal information. Also I never doxxed anyone, if you could please educate yourself on what doxxing is you would know that someone posting a picture of themself and putting the link to it on their discord profile, would not in fact be doxxing. Second you had no evidence of me doxing anyone which is a big problem that you are naming someone over as you stated a “rumor”. So when you ca manage to magically find proof of me doxxing him then you can talk to me. Until then you still may not have made the document but you are still just as guilty due to the fact that you are continuing the problem by spreading the personal information to more people. As said before all you have right now are some rumors made by imature children and have 0 solid evidence of me in violation of your comminty guidelines. Therefor you falsely banned someone and doxxed someone.

Also let me remind you that this picture of his face was publicly linked through his discord account, he intended for people to see it and knew people would. It also is not doxing because I am not leaking personal information. Faces are not private information and let me remind you doxing refers to "the action or process of searching for and publishing private or identifying information about a particular individual on the internet, typically with malicious intent." It was not malicious nor private information. Unlike me you decided that you would immediately say I am guilty without a single spec of evidence to support your accusation and assume that I had created the document and share it with me. Which doing that was probably the dumbest thing you could have done because not only did you ban falsely for doxing but you legit doxed someone else in the process of banning someone for the thing you where legit false banning someone for. As an operations manager it is your job to not only enforce the rules but also follow them as you are not above them, which you just displayed you cannot do. Your job is to also ban people who break your rules when you have proof and know 100% that they had violated that guideline, but unfortunately you decided to ban someone over like you said yourself a "rumor". This not only shows your lack of skills and basic knowledge for your position but also that you cannot be trusted with a position of power as you will ban people for rumors. I find your work to be severely childish and unprofessional and do not believe you posses the proper knowledge to successfully fulfil your role as a Operations Manager. Say what you would like but at the end of the day the proof speaks louder than your lies that you spread to the community. Your actions speak louder than the lies you tell people. Your actions show that you do not deserve to be in any position of power.
