Incident Description*:

I am opening a report against the administrator MysticMeadow23, Whilst playing Ventura there was a bank robbery I responded to, Upon arriving I went inside to investigate what was happening. There was shots fired outside the bank which responded to, Upon leaving I identified the user MysticMeadow23 (Isabella Greene) shooting into car show in the clip provided, I shot towards the female leaving them unconscious, They then somehow entered the car. Once they had entered the car they were back alive and had somehow revied themselves, I approached the car and went up to remove the suspect from the car. Once she was removed I tased the suspect and approached to place them in handcuffs. I was unable to place them into handcuffs and once the suspect had recovered from the taser they put themself into a forcefield and turned it into a moderation issue saying "how can you pull me out of a moving car?". After they said this their friend then started to shoot at me and the other officers. The first suspect then removed their forcefield from herself and drove away leaving me and the other officers confused if it was to turn into a moderation issue or if it was to continue as roleplay. I believe the staff member is in the wrong as I believe they revived themselves, and have ruined the immersion of the game for me and other players by turning on there forcefield then running away.

Powergaming (PG), Encouraging Rule Breaks (Doing this Infront of another administrator and members), Unprofessionalism.

Hello, I reviewed the evidence and reviewed the information you gave me, after careful review I can confirm she was inside the car while being shot at, however a player can go down for a moment while being shot at due to how the medical system is scripted. While watching the clip i can see you went Infront of her car placing yourself automatically in danger, please try to limit the use of force and try not to get Infront of moving car. However the misunderstood was using the heal command, which is unlikely as she got in the car, If she was downed she would've gotten down but I can understand your confusion.

As a result, I’ll be concluding this report as a misunderstanding and lack of communication between both parties.
